22 gold awards for product quality à la Greisinger.

DLG Test Center Food has awarded the Austrian Company Greisinger Fleisch-, Wurst- und Selchwarenerzeugung with 22 gold medals for outstanding product quality. In the course of the International Quality Test for sausage and ham, a total of 6,400 products were tested by DLG experts, focussing on the sensory evaluation of meat products.

"For quality suppliers it is a must to position themselves in the market with a clear product pledge. The special DLG-award stands for neutrally tested quality and confirms that the product has got a high enjoyment value", Karin Hillgärtner – project manager of the DLG quality test – illustrates the significance of the award. With the medals obtained the company documents to belong to the quality leaders amongst the producers.
