Saving energy, protecting the environment: Plant optimization sausage meat production
In order to sustainably reduce the energy requirement in sausage meat production with a constant annual production volume,
to save energy in the company and to make a contribution to environmental protection, our production line for sausage meat production will be optimized through the use of more efficient production machines.
These should be regulated by a higher-level control system. In total, 932.75 MWh of electricity and thus 261.17 tonnes of CO2 per year can be saved through this measure.
