All of the production procedures are planned by computer and carried out in a production area which covers about 32,000m2. From the supply of the exquisite and fresh raw materials from selected regular suppliers, through to constant quality checks, to the carving up and processing of the products by skilled butchers: The sausage meat and smoked meats obtain their unmistakable taste when they are cooked, smoked and roasted thanks to special mixtures of spices.
When it comes to the production of sausage meats in particular, the natural way in which the animals are kept and the clear farming struccture in Muehlviertel offer ideal conditions. In cutters the high-quality meat is chopped up, carefully mixed and special herbs are added. the outcome: a delicious sausage meat for perfect sausage meats from Greisinger.

From the raw material to the final product. The entire purchasing and production procedure is subjected to stringent hygiene and quality criteria.
When the raw materials are supplied, the selected suppliers have to undergo stringent controls and whether it be from processing through to packaging, the distance covered by the finished product to the loading ramp and then into the cold storage vehicle, the Quality Assurance process can retraced step by step without any difficulty - right through to the guaranteed "just-in-time" supply of the products. In line with certification according the International Food Standard (IFS), the company works on the corporate infrastructure in accordance with the stipulations for the manufacturing process and the hygiene requirements - including the exact guidelines for management.
Permanent product safety testing via the tried-and-tested HACCP system and the annual IFS audit confirm in formal terms adherence to the stringent quality criteria. Other international standards such as BRC or the Din Gost TÜV Certification resp. TRTS 022/2011 in accordance with the Russian Federation, as well as veterinarian accreditations to Hongkong, Vietnam, Canada and product registrations in Thailand and India complement the extensive portfolio of Greisinger's quality philosophy.
