Also in 2025 the DLG Test Center for Food has awarded the Austrian Company Greisinger \u2013 with 14 precious medals for outstanding product quality.<\/strong><\/p>\n

As part of the international quality<\/strong> testing for ham and sausage the excellent quality of products made by Greisinger was more than obvious. The center point was a sensory evaluation of meat products regarding raw material selection, production technology and recipes. Furthermore, packaging and identification tests, (laboratory) analysis and the expiration date played a fundamental role.<\/p>\n

At Greisinger, the entire procurement and production process is subject to the strictest hygiene and quality criteria. Before taking receipt of the raw materials, we have already run extensive checks on our selected suppliers. From the choice of cuts through to processing, packaging and loading into refrigerated vehicles, our quality assurance has 100% traceability built in – including \u201ejust-in-time\u201c reliability of supply.<\/p>\n

In line with certifications according the International Food Standard at a higher level (IFS) and the British Retail Consortium (BRC – Global Standard for Food-Safety), the company works in accordance with these stipulations and beyond. Permanent product safety testing via the tried-and-tested HACCP system and the annual IFS audit confirm in formal terms adherence to the stringent quality criteria.<\/p>\n

Other international standards such as the Din Gost T\u00dcV Certification resp.
