Smoked and cooked pork shoulder
Selected cuts of shoulder pork are seasoned in a traditional way, then hot-smoked over beech wood. Smoked Shoulder should be boiled for around 1 hour and 15 minutes and served hot with sauerkraut and dumplings for an authentic farmhouse-style meal.
